1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, online, in My services, without a cancellation fee and without contacting us. When you cancel:

  • no future charges are made: neither the next monthly fee nor any later annual domain and hosting renewal;
  • your site stays online until the end of the monthly period you already paid for, and is then taken offline;
  • no annual charge is made after your service ends, even if the end of the service falls close to the annual renewal date.

Cancelling stops future charges. It is not, by itself, a refund of amounts already paid. Refunds follow the rules below.

2. Refunds when you cancel

The annual charge of $49.00 is made up of hosting ($29.00) and domain ($20.00). Each part is treated separately:

  • Hosting: we refund the hosting amount in proportion to the unused days between the end of the paid monthly period and the hosting expiration date: hosting amount paid × unused days ÷ actual days in the annual period (leap years included), rounded only in the final result.
  • Domain already registered: it stays in your name until it expires, without renewal by Blendfy, and you can take over its management or transfer it (section 4). The domain amount is not refunded.
  • Domain not registered yet: we refund the amount paid for it.
  • Monthly fee: the current monthly period is not refunded; the site stays online until it ends.

The cancellation screen shows the estimated refund before you confirm. The final amount is calculated when the service ends, based on the domain status that day, and its progress is recorded in your account.

3. Withdrawal within 7 days

You may withdraw from an order within 7 days of the payment confirmation, without giving a reason. In that case, we refund all amounts paid for that order, including the monthly fee, domain and hosting. To withdraw, cancel in My services and tell us through a Support request or by email at tondella.ardrizzo@gmail.com that you are withdrawing within this period.

4. Your domain after cancellation

A registered domain remains registered in your name until its expiration date. Blendfy does not renew it after the service ends. Before it expires, you can ask through Support to transfer it to another provider: we unlock the domain and send the authorization code to your account email, as allowed by the registry rules. Registries may block transfers for a period after registration or a previous transfer, typically 60 days. Fees charged by the new provider are yours. A domain that expires without renewal may become available for anyone to register.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds are made in US dollars to the card used for the payment, at no cost to you. The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer. If your card is billed in another currency, your bank converts the refund, and the converted amount may differ from the original charge because of exchange rates. If a refund to the card is not possible, we agree with you on another way to pay it to an account in your name, also at no cost.

6. Payment disputes

If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us through Support first so we can check it quickly. This does not limit your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.

7. Rights under the law

This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
