1. Who provides the service

Blendfy is a brand of Luan Henrique Ferreira Tondella Ardrizzo, an individual (sole provider) based in Brazil, CPF [CPF or CNPJ number — to be completed], address [business address in Brazil — to be completed]. Contact: tondella.ardrizzo@gmail.com, or the Support area of your account.

In these terms, “Blendfy”, “we” and “us” mean the provider above. “You” means the person or business that creates an account or orders a website.

2. The service

You choose a website template, customize its content in our editor (text, images, logo and business information) and order a subscription. Blendfy handles the technical side: domain, hosting, publishing and keeping the site online while your subscription is active.

• Template-based website: your site is built from the template you chose. The layout and design of the template are kept; structural changes and custom development are not included.
• Guided customization: you fill in the content in the editor before ordering, and our team reviews it.
• Managed publishing: our team publishes the site after the payment is confirmed. Publishing is not instant or automatic and depends on the review of your details, on any information we still need from you and on the domain registration.
• Domain and hosting: managed by Blendfy and billed annually, as described in section 4.

Not included unless described in your order: premium domains, professional email accounts, ongoing search engine optimization (SEO), advertising, custom development, unlimited changes and other additional services.

3. Account and service order

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date account information. Keep your password safe: actions taken with it are considered yours.

Each order creates a service order with the website, template and version chosen, your customization, the amounts and the terms you accepted, including the version of these terms and the time of acceptance. You can follow it in My account.

4. Prices, billing and automatic renewal

All amounts are charged in US dollars (USD). There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.

• Initial payment: $98.00 per website, made up of the first monthly fee ($49.00) and the first year of hosting ($29.00) and domain ($20.00).
• Monthly fee: $49.00 per month, charged automatically every month.
• Annual domain and hosting: $49.00 per year (hosting $29.00 and domain $20.00), charged automatically at each anniversary of the order together with that month’s fee.
• First 12 months: 12 monthly fees plus one annual charge, $637.00 per website, before any applicable taxes.

Your subscription renews automatically — monthly for the website service and yearly for domain and hosting — and is charged to the card you provided until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time in My services, as described in section 9.

Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure page. We do not receive or store your card number. If a charge fails, Stripe retries it; you can update your card in My services. If the payment is not settled after the retries, the subscription is canceled and the site may be taken offline.

Prices are charged in USD without currency conversion by us. Your bank may apply its own fees or exchange rates. Prices do not include taxes that may apply; if we are required to collect taxes, they will be shown before you are charged.

The dates of your next monthly charge and of your next annual renewal, with its amount, are always shown in My services.

We will not change the price of an active subscription without your agreement. Changes to the prices shown on the site apply only to new orders.

5. Domain

After payment, our team confirms that the requested address and extension are available. If it is not available, we work out an alternative with you. Premium domains, which registries price above the standard rate, are not included. The domain is registered in your name and managed by Blendfy while your subscription is active, through an accredited domain registrar. The registry may require information about the registrant and may make it available according to its rules.

Transfer: while the domain is registered, you can ask through Support to transfer it to another provider. We unlock the domain and send the authorization code to your account email, as allowed by the registry rules. Registries may block transfers for a period after registration or a previous transfer, typically 60 days. Fees charged by the new provider are yours.

6. Your content

You are responsible for the text, images, trademarks and other information you put on the site, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Illegal, misleading or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others, is not allowed.

Your content remains yours. You allow us to use it only to build, publish and keep your site online. We may refuse or remove clearly illegal content, with notice to you, except when the law or a court order requires immediate action.

7. Templates

The templates, layouts and platform code belong to Blendfy. While your subscription is active, you may use the chosen template on your site.

8. Changes and support

After publishing, you can request changes through a Support request in your account. Each request is reviewed by our team; there is no promise of unlimited changes, and the time needed depends on the request. Some templates include a dashboard where you manage items such as appointments or listings yourself.

Support is provided in English through the Support area of your account, with an initial response within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Brazilian national holidays, in the America/Sao_Paulo time zone. The initial response is not the resolution: changes, reviews and publishing may take longer.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in My services, without a cancellation fee. Cancelling stops all future charges — the next monthly fee and any later annual renewal. Your site stays online until the end of the monthly period you already paid for, and no annual charge is made after your service ends.

Cancellation and refunds are different things. What may be refunded, and how, is described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Availability and responsibilities

We work to keep your site online, but interruptions may happen because of maintenance, failures of suppliers (such as hosting and domain providers) or events beyond our control. When possible, we announce scheduled maintenance in advance.

We do not guarantee business results such as sales, leads or search engine rankings. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

11. Suspension

We may suspend a site in case of fraud, illegal content or use that puts the platform or other people at risk, with notice and an opportunity to fix the issue, except when the situation requires immediate action.

12. Privacy

How we use personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for new orders. The current version is always on this page, with its version date. The version you accepted is recorded in your service order and continues to apply to your subscription. Changes that affect an active subscription apply only with your agreement.

14. Governing law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us through Support first so we can try to solve it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the provider is based. This choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live. You may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence, where the law allows, or before the courts of Brazil. These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive class actions.
